2 Dozen Winter Midge Assortment

This assortment is focused on the smal stuff! They contain 2 dozen (24) popular and fish producing midge patterns, sizes ranging from 18-24. In many fisheries, midges are a staple in the diet of large trout, and in some rivers, they even make up the bulk of it! Through the winter, midges continue to hatch, and large trout often key in on them. Although they need to eat a lot of midges to get the same amount of calories as a larger food source, if larger fish eat midges all day, they can stay very full. After all, a bowl of rice is made up of thousands of grains!
